During your stay

The airport offers a wide variety of dining options in all Terminals. There are also a large number of stores, from clothing, souvenirs, electronic, beauty, duty free, etc.

The DFW Airport offers travelers luxurious accommodations, a convenient location, meeting spaces and relaxing lounge areas. There are three on-Airport property hotels (Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place), and Minute Suites is located inside the terminal.

Several Vip lounges are available as well.

In addition to many other services, DFW airport offers financial services, play kids area, mother's rooms, and facilities for disabled passengers.

Information and Travelers aid

For any service to passengers you may need (guest services, lost and found, translation, general information, etc. find the Travelers Aid office located outside security, close to E4 Baggage Claim.

Ambassadors

DFW Ambassadors assist passengers locate amenities, their gate and terminal, choose for the best transportation option, provide information on tourist attractions in Texas, etc. Ambassadors are dressed in gray and orange and are stationed at the terminal information centers throughout the terminal and are always ready to lend a hand.

Meet and Greet services

The Allways Meet and Greet service covers both passengers who are boarding, and those who are arriving or connecting at the Dallas airport. The service basically consists of a dedicated one-on-one escort from start to finish during the outbound trip, as well as from the moment the passenger arrives in DFW until they board for the final destination. DFW Airport has charging stations with USB ports for electronic devices, smartphones and laptops. The service is free of charge. It should be noted that some of the stations also offer computers with internet access for those who do not have their laptop.

Left Luggage

Luggage Storage and Lockers are not available at Dallas Fort Worth Airport. But third parties can offer this service near the airport, such as Bounce and Nannybag

Luggage carts

Baggage Carts are available at the entrances and exits and in the Baggage Claim area. Skycap service is also available throughout the airport to persons needing special assistance.

Lost and Found

For missing property on and off the plane, DFW offers two areas for lost and found items depending upon where your item was left.

DFW Lost and Found does not charge a fee for filing a lost property report. Please note to use the official online form or phone number provided here above, as there have been cases of third party websites trying to charge a fee to receive the lost item report.

Hair Salon by XPRESSPA

Find a couple of Hair Salons by XpresSpa at both Terminal A (gate A25) and Terminal D (gate D34).

Lactation spaces

DFW airport offers several nursing rooms to accommodate the traveling parents journey in Terminals A, C, D and E. Inside security, there are nursing rooms conveniently located at A18, B40, C13/14, D36, E14, and E26

Interfaith Chapel

The Interfaith Chapels (Before Security: A23, C15; After Security: B28, C4 and D24) serve as a great place to refresh and regain some peace.

Kids Play Area

A McDonald's Play Area is located at Terminal D - D8. Children can work off a little energy in this kid-friendly play area, featuring a foam-soft playscape plus a seating area and charging outlets for you.

Reduced mobility

If you require a wheelchair, please contact your airline at least 48 hours in advance to get a wheelchair for your use within the airport. However, wheelchair assistance may be requested at airline ticket counters..

Transportation

The DFW Skylink train is a terminal-to-terminal light rail train available on the secure side of the terminal. It offers the shortest and most convenient way to make connections and is served by elevators and escalators. Skylink is fully wheelchairs accessible with additional seating for our guests with mobility impairments.

Accessible Parking

Disabled permit parking is available on Levels 1 and 3 for direct terminal access. Accessible parking, in the Terminal garages, is on upper arrival and lower departures sides. Vehicles displaying a license plate or disabled parking tag can use the one-hour areas as a long-term parking lot.

Express and Remote lots are linked by wheelchair accessible shuttle buses. Wheelchair service is offered through your air carrier upon request (in advance).

Restrooms

All restrooms located throughout the terminals are fully accessible to travelers with disabilities. Unisex toilet rooms equipped for the disabled are also available throughout the terminals and are located adjacent to the accessible men’s and women’s toilet rooms.

Animal / Pets

DFW airport has pet rest areas in each terminal. It is a rule that pets are kept on a leash at all times when on DFW Airport grounds. On the other hand, those passengers who plan to travel from DFW with their pet, must use the appropriate pet carrier.
