Facilities and customer service
During your stay
Within the grounds, you'll also find luxury accommodations, a convenient location, meeting spaces and relaxing lounges. There are three hotels within the airport (Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place), and private Minute Suites rooms within Terminals A and D.
Several VIP lounges are also available.
In addition to many other services, the airport offers financial services, a children's play area, rooms for mothers and facilities for disabled passengers.
Information and Travelers Aid
For any service inquiries you may need (guest services, lost and found, translation, general information, etc.), find the Travelers' Aid office, located outside the security checkpoint near baggage claim E4.
DFW Airport Ambassadors help passengers find their gate and terminal, locate services, understand transportation options, provide information about North Texas attractions and more. They are dressed in gray and orange uniforms and can be found at information centers in all terminals.
Meet and Greet services
Allways Meet and Greet service covers both boarding and arriving or connecting passengers at Dallas Airport. Through this service, one person escorts each passenger one-on-one and from start to finish during the outbound journey, as well as from the time they arrive until they board for their final destination. This service is also available for groups. SEE MORE

DFW Lost and Found does not charge a fee to file a lost property report. Be sure to use the official online form or phone number provided here, as there have been reported cases of third-party websites attempting to charge a fee to pick up a lost item.
Hair Salon by Xpres Spa
Find a hair salon in Terminal A (gate A25).
DFW provides multiple nursing rooms to accommodate parents who must travel. They are located in the restricted area adjacent to gates A18, B40, C13/14, D36, E14 and E26.

A McDonald's play area is located in Terminal D, next to gate D8. Children can expend some energy here, where there is also a seating area and outlets for charging electronic devices.
If you need a wheelchair, contact your airline at least 48 hours in advance. Assistance is also available at airline ticket counters.
The Skylink train is a terminal-to-terminal light rail available on the secure side. It offers the shortest and most convenient way to make connections and features elevators and escalators. It is fully wheelchair accessible, with additional seating for mobility-impaired passengers.
Handicapped spaces are available in all parking lots and garages. In the garages, they are located on the upper (Arrivals) and lower (Departures) levels. One-hour areas may be used for long-term parking as long as the vehicle displays a handicapped parking plate or tag. Due to TSA and height restrictions, garages in some terminals are not van-accessible. The Express and Remote lots have wheelchair-accessible shuttle buses.
All restrooms located throughout the terminals are fully accessible for travelers with disabilities. Disabled-equipped unisex restrooms are available in all terminals and are located adjacent to the men's and women's accessible restrooms.
Animals / Pets
DFW Airport has pet sitting areas in Terminals A, B, D and E. Pets must be leashed at all times when on airport grounds. On the other hand, passengers planning to travel from DFW with their pet must use an appropriate crate. Only pets accompanying passengers with a valid ticket may use the designated areas. LEARN MORE
